Think about the traditional way this works.
A web designer asks for 50% of the payment upfront, before they’ve built anything. You send the money, cross your fingers, and hope for the best.
You’re immediately out thousands of dollars, completely in the dark, hoping that what they eventually show you matches what you had in your head.
The risk is entirely on you, the business owner.
That never felt right to us. As a local NEPA business ourselves, we wouldn't buy our tools that way, and we don't think you should have to buy your most important marketing tool that way either.
Our "See It Before You Buy It" process flips the script and puts the risk on us.
Here’s how it works, in plain English:
Step 1: We Have a Conversation.
It all starts with a simple chat. We're not going to bombard you with technical jargon. We just want to learn about your business. What do you do? Who are your best customers? When people search on Google, what words do you want them to find you with? Most importantly, what do you need your website to do for you? For most of our clients, the answer is simple: "I need it to make my phone ring with local customers."
Step 2: We Get to Work (And You Keep Your Wallet).
Based on that conversation, we go and build a custom, professional website for your business. We write the text. We find the right images. We design it to look great on a phone, because that’s where most people will find you. And during this entire process, you haven’t paid us anything. There are no contracts to sign and no "setup fees." We do the work upfront to earn your trust.
Step 3: The Big Reveal & Your Personal "Test Drive."
Once the demo site is ready, we hop on a quick call so we can show it to you live.. This is the best part. You can click and scroll, just like a potential customer would. You can pull it up on your phone, your tablet, your desktop computer. Show it to your spouse, a trusted employee, or a friend. See how it feels. Does it make your business look professional and trustworthy? Does it make it easy for customers to call you or find your address?
Step 4: You Decide. No Pressure.
This is where you have all the power.
If you love the website and can see how it will help your business, that’s great. Only then do we move forward and talk about getting it live.
If you don’t like it, or if you decide it’s not the right time, you can walk away. There are no hard feelings, no break-up fees, and no obligation whatsoever. You don’t owe us a thing.
